I began my design career in 1995 as a pre flight specialist at a large packaging company. In 2002, after my son was born, I  opened my own graphic design business. After working from home for twenty years, I decided to begin sharing my design knowledge through teaching high schoolers.  I graduated from Dickson County High School in 1991. I feel that I’ve come full circle in my design career and I’m thrilled to help students find their potential and a love for all things design.

I look forward to meeting new students every year and fostering relationships with them throughout their time in Digital Arts and Design. I am always available to parents and students. Feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns or ideas for our program.
